The family owned company headquartered in Velbert trains overall 16 apprentices in year 2016, either in commercial or technical professions. Four candidates will start a dual training which combines practical and theoretical knowledge (“Kooperatives Ingenieurstudium – KIS”). Two Syrian refugees will be amongst the apprentices, both candidates already completed an intership at Huf plus an integration- and German course. „We are happy to welcome our new apprentices. Our apprenticeship offers a great start to their professional future, we are pleased to offer them such an opportunity. Qualified candidates always get a chance to develop their potential, no matter where they come from. Of course, we will provide increased support to our Syrian apprentices.“ says training manager Peter Kemsies.
