Huf's Fire Brigade

The works fire-brigade (Velbert) was founded more than 40 years ago. It is one example of the commitment of Huf´s workforce to voluntary effort in the interest of their employers. We devote special attention to preventive fire precautions: they ensure due delivery of our products to our customers and safeguard the jobs of our employees.

Today, we have one employee released from all other duties who as head of the works fire-brigade, is responsible for fire prevention in the works. He is assisted by 25 employees who perform voluntary service and exercises with the works fire-brigade - over and above their normal working hours.
