Ihre Aufgaben

The planning and support of changes in current series
You will have project responsibility for relocation projects from foreign locations to the worldwide OES Center Velbert
You are the technical interface to customers, suppliers and the internal departments
You will develop process optimizations taking into account lean approaches for the permanent identification of savings potentials and the improvement of production processes.
Participation in customer meetings, visits and audit
Organize and lead launch & change teams
Adapt or define manufacturing processes according to the change or OES requirements
Technical and disciplinary management of the local engineering team

Ihr Profil

You have a degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics or a comparable degree
You have at least five years of professional experience, ideally in the automotive sector
You have knowledge in the area of Lean Management and the implementation of its principles
You have knowledge in using project office
You have SAP knowledge (desirable)
You are a team player with an open-minded personality
You have leadership experience
You have an independent, analytical and solution-oriented way of working
You have very good written and spoken German and English skills
