Key Activities
- Implement global employer branding measures attracting local target groups
- Take-over and implement Huf corporate responsibility in Romania
- Establish local media relations
- Increase the digital footprint of Huf in Romania (social media, corporate website, landing pages)
- “Think in” and create content:
- Produce content (incl. articles, press releases, social media posts, blog articles, white papers,)
- Coordinate production of multimedia presentations and materials (photo, video, footage etc.)
- Brief and manage external service providers
- Implement content on different channels to address the right target groups (PESO model)
- Plan local communication budget
- Coordinate agencies and other suppliers
Desired Profile
- University degree in humanities (e.g. languages, economics, communication)
- 5 years of professional experience either in a corporate communications team or an agency
- Excellent writing skills in Romanian and English
- Solid expertise in online marketing and marketing communications
- Experience in employer branding campaigns
- Experience in Microsoft 365 (“digital workplace”)
- Good project management skills
