As HR Specialist Recruiting (m/f/d) you will support the management of the entire recruiting cycle, from defining the recruiting strategy and communicating with the hiring manager to sourcing/screening, job interviews, the offer process and onboarding. Your area of responsibility includes filling a wide variety of positions in different functional areas, depending on the need for recruitment.
Key Activities
- Supporting the development and expansion of operational and strategic recruiting
- Holistic responsibility for the applicant cycle in the white collar area
- Active cooperation with the hiring managers, HR business partners and the departments to be hired
- Optimization of sourcing strategies and creative approach to talent acquisition on social media channels, including LinkedIn
- Close cooperation with our "Global Recruiting & Onboarding" department to develop and design an internal, global recruiting community, as well as support for the implementation of this in order to constantly convey enthusiasm for the topic of recruiting
- Quality assurance for job descriptions as well as support for exciting global projects
Desired Profile
- A completed commercial apprenticeship, a completed degree e.g. in human resources or a comparable qualification, with initial professional experience
- You have already gained initial experience in active sourcing and interviewing
- You enjoy internal communication and interacting with applicants
- You convince with a high level of team competence with distinctive soft skills as well as a structured and, above all, result-oriented way of working
- Hands-on mentality and a self starter initiative
- Fluent German and English skills complete your profile
