  • New opportunities and business prospection
  • Implement forecasted business
  • Current accounts management
  • Provide customers with new solutionsaaa
  • Price management and follow-up
  • Negotiate contracts to assure cost increase off-set
  • Work on offers based on higher profit products
  • Propose changes to customers targeting cost reduction
  • Customer Satisfaction:
    • Improve customer relationship
    • Assure full understanding of customers problems and needs
    • Fast time response
  • Increase base of customers
  • Bring VOC (voice of customer) into the organization
  • Deliver value to customers

Desired Profile

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic) or Business Administration
  • 6+ years of experience in a similar role, as Key Account or Sales Representative, mandatory in the Automotive Industry
  • High level of presentation (verbal/written) and interpersonal communication skills
  • Solid data analysis skills
  • Mandatory technical knowledge: New Business Development, Strategic Negotiation, Pricing, Cost Structure, Business Analysis, Financial Summary, Project Management.
  • Expert in MS Office, mainly Excel; some ERP as well
  • Advanced Proficiency in English; other language skills are a plus
