Key Activities

Leading the Feasible Design Mechanics team including the numerical plastic mold fill simulation
Development and implementation of strategies for the development of optimized plastic parts in alignment with Industrial Engineering and mechanic developers worldwide
Implementation and maintenance of a database for the evaluation of feasible tolerance values in cooperation with the global tolerance team
Creation of training documents and training of the mechanic team regarding feasibility of plastic parts
Continuous improvement of the warpage predictions of the tool fill simulations

Desired Profile

M.Sc., PhD or similar in the field of Mechanics Engineering with the focus on plastic engineering
At least three years of experience in the design of plastic parts
Strong language skills in written and spoken business English and German
Experienced with problem solving processes
Communications skills
Readiness to create and follow procedures
