Key Activities
- Responsibility in worldwide projects within the scope of
engineering performance improvement - Strong focus on processes within development such as
software and hardware development, Testing, etc. and End-to-
End Processes in entire Product Development - Driving development improvement activities (e.g., process
excellence, Business Process Management, agile product
development etc.) - Support implementation of agile development methods and
process optimizations - Developing and driving a Lean Maturity Framework for
engineering together with administrative functions and
processes - Identification and utilization of improvement potentials to
increase development efficiency - Execution of workshops, conceptual work, trainings and/or
coaching - Application of task management tools and dashboards (e.g.
Atlassian Jira)
Desired Profile
- Academic degree in (Industrial) Engineering, Computer
Science or Business/Economics or comparable qualification - Min. 5 years of relevant professional experiences,
preferably in engineering, quality/lean function or
consultancies - Project management experience as well as strong knowledge
of relevant methods and tools - Knowledge about agile development methods and / or product
development processes - Certifications for Scrum, SAFe, Automotive SPICE or
business coaching preferred - Professional and efficient handling of MS Office applications
- Very good English language skills (spoken and written)
- Affinity for relevant SW development and planning tools
Very good communication, moderation and presentation skills
in German and English
