Key Activities
OVERVIEW: As a Flash Bootloader developer, you will have to configure, implement, and test the re-flashing capabilities of various Huf products, like Sliding Doors, Phone as a Key, NFC readers and PEPS systems among others. You will work with AUTOSAR and non-AUTOSAR Bootloaders and you will be using standard industry 3rd party SW for multiple types of microcontrollers.
- C programming
- Good knowledge of Controller, memory architecture
- UDS protocol
- AUTOSAR knowledge (Preferred Memory Stack, Diagnostic stack)
- Hands on experience of Compilers, debuggers, linker configurations, Davinci Tools, Vflash , Vector CANoe
- Experience in developing bootloader on CAN/LIN
- Communication Protocols (CAN / LIN)
- Analyze and write SW requirements for different Bootloader projects.
- Configure 3rd party bootloader stacks.
- Configure and implement CAN Diagnostic services required for a complete re-flashing procedure.
- Participate in the definition of memory mapping for bootloader, application, Calibration, and shared locations.
- Adapt the Application placement so that it matches the defined memory map.
- Conduct the testing of your software, according to the defined testing method.
- Ensure the fulfillment of quality standards.
- Enhance the capabilities of your junior colleagues, by mentoring.
Desired Profile
- University Degree (Computer Science, Electronics, Mechanics, etc.)
- Polyspace and/or Tessy knowledge is a plus.
- Experience with configuration management tools (GitHub preferred)
- Team player with an open-minded attitude
- Strong communicator, both written and verbal, in English and native language
- Experience with C programming language
- Good knowhow about bootloaders and 3rd party stacks
- Experience with Embedded Systems and Microcontrollers
- General Hardware knowledge
- Strong communicator both written and verbal in English
- Self-efficient and organized in prioritizing tasks and projects.
Should be comfortable for Baner location in Pune.
