Respect, responsibility, and integrity are part of our DNA at Huf. To reflect this, we have documented our aspiration of a value-oriented business in our Huf Code of Conduct, which is the ground rule for ethically correct behavior and integrity in business. At Huf, we do not tolerate any violation of our Code of Conduct or illegal or unethical behavior. This applies without exception to all our employees and business partners around the world.

Available in different languages, it provides orientation not only for employees but also for all business partners of our company.

As key element of our Compliance Management System, Huf established a web-based whistleblower system. All Huf employees and our business partners can use the system to report violations or suspected incidents, in particular:

• violations of laws, the Huf Code of Conduct and policies; especially regarding antitrust, anti-corruption and conflict of interest;
• violations within the supply chain, especially regarding human rights and environmental protection;
• incidents related to the cybersecurity of products and vulnerabilities found on products;
• violations regarding information security / data protection/ IT security & OT security/ immobilizer relevant parts/ physical security.
