Project and Portfolio Management while understanding the links to the rest of the company.

Key Activities
- Collect internal demand and steering external service providers.
- Managing Implementation of ASPICE-Compliant Processes while improving User and Tool-Performance.
- Implementation, tracking and controlling of Process-Indicators, creating reports and dashboards, deriving and implementing corrective measures if necessary within existing tools.
- Interact with the users and offer support during implementation of tools changes inside PM and Sales department.
- Participation in workstreams for the further development of Processes within Business Management System.
- Interface in the organization related to PM and Sales tool development and improvement.
Desired Profile
- Bachelor in Computer Science, Electronics, Informatics, etc.
- Strong IT skills (e.g., Project Office, SharePoint, Office 365)
- Automotive experience with ASPICE knowledge
- SQL (Oracle), Python
- Data Manipulation in Excel: Power Query in Excel, Pivot Tables in Excel
- Self-efficient and organized in prioritizing tasks
- Team player with an open-minded attitude
- Strong communicator both written and verbal in English; German language skills a big plus!
