Rainer Heupel (*1967) studied business administration at the Gerhard-Mercator University Duisburg and started his career in the controlling department of Ferrostaal AG. He then changed to Thyssen-Krupp, where he held various leadership positions in M&A and Corporate Development before he assumed the function of CFO for various Business Units like ThyssenKrupp Tailored Blanks, ThyssenKrupp Presta Steering and ThyssenKrupp Mining Technologies. As of January 2023, he took over as Chief Financial Officer at Huf Group.
As CFO he is responsible for Finance & Taxes, Controlling, Treasury, IT and Compliance & Risk Management.
